You’ll find your Pass number in the email confirming your purchase.

Download the Grenoble Alpes Pass app (available in app stores).

Link your Grenoble Alpes Pass by entering the 8-digit number or by scanning the QR code, both included in the e-ticket received by email.

Transport - New for 2022

The Transport QR code is available only with the Grenoble Alpes Pass app.

The transport ticket is valid for the same duration as the Pass:

• 24 hours or 48 hours from the time of purchase
• 3 days spread over a week
  If you activate your Pass on a Friday evening, for example, the Friday counts as one of the 3 days. We recommend you activate your Pass in the morning.

PLEASE NOTE! THE VALIDITY PERIOD of your Grenoble Alpes Pass BEGINS WHEN the Transport QR code is validated (or when you use the Pass at a tourist attraction or activity). In the app, please ensure you press the “generate TAG Ticket” ONLY ON FIRST USE on TAG public transport. You’ll then use the generated “TAG Ticket” to validate each journey in a TAG vehicle throughout the Pass duration.
