The Grenoble-Alpes Métropole Pass is a product reserved for individual clients. In the event of loss, theft, misuse or non-use, the card will not be replaced or refunded. In the event of problems with one of the service providers (strike, exceptional closure...), the Grenoble-Alpes Metropolis Tourism Office cannot be held responsible. Check the opening dates and hours directly with the service providers. Some services are unavailable during the winter. Be aware of public holidays and closing hours of the ticket offices.
